Florida Housing-funded developments register with our web-based affordable housing locator called FloridaHousingSearch.org. This system offers a free affordable housing locator service for developments to post their vacancies and for consumers to find affordable rental units.

It’s a one-stop resource for those looking to list or locate affordable rental property in Florida. Rental property owners and managers of Florida Housing-funded properties can register online or use our fully-staffed toll free English/Spanish Call Center to register. Dial 877-428-8844 if you don't want to use the online system.

FloridaHousingSearch.org offers rental property owners, including providers of critically needed affordable and special needs housing, a place to advertise their properties at no cost, while allowing renters the opportunity to easily find property that fits their needs. The site is now available for owners to begin listing properties.
